How Remote Control Works ?
Ek Remote Control mein aapne dekha hoga ki iski koi wires nahi hote hai. toh ye Infrared Radiation (IR) ke through signal ko send karta hai. aapne dekha hoga Remote Controls ki top mein ek chotasa LED bulb hota hai aur wohi LED ke through Infrared Radiation bahar aata hai.
Aapke TV, Set Top Box, AC, Sound System etc etc ki front side mein ek bahut chotasa Infrared Light Detector hota hai. jab aap apni Remote mein kuch press karte hai toh Remote se woh lighting yani IR bahar nikal kar TV par padta hai aur TV ki woh IR Detector use detect kar tha hai.
Humare aankhon (eyes) ko Infrared Radiation pata nahi chalta hai. isiliye jab hum remote mein button press karke LED ko dekhte hai toh hume kuch bhi pata nahi chalta hai. par kuch aise Animals hote hai jinko Infrared Radiation pata chalta hai. For an Example : Rattlesnake.
Remote Control Codes
Aapne sayad dekha hoga Remote ki jo keypads hote hai uske niche ek Printed Circuit Board (PCB) hota hai. aur uspe buttons hote hai. aur us har ek button ke liye upar aapko rubber buttons mil jate hai.
Remote control PCB
waise toh Remote Control mein kahi sare buttons hote hai. aur har ek button ke liye ek specific binary code set kiya hua hota hai. jaise ki Volume up = 1010110, mute sound = 110010, Menu button = 10011010 etc etc.
Jab hum Remote mein ek button press karte hai toh uske saath woh particular button ki code Remote ki LED ke through bahar nikal kar TV par padta hai aur TV ki IR Detector woh code ko detect kar ke samajh tha hai.
Saath hi saath ek short code bhi send hua rehta jisse pata chalta hai ki ye code ek particular Brand ki ek particular Model ki ek particular Button ki code hai.
Isiliye ek particular device ki Remote Control dushre kisi device ke saath kaam nahi karta hai.
Universal Remote Control !
Agar aap chahte hai ki ek hi Remote Control ke jariye sabhi Devices ko control karna toh aise mein aapko ek Universal Remote Control ki jarurat padegi. Universal Remotes ke madad se aap ek se jyada devices ko control kar sakte hai. Ye Universal Remote Controls ko aise program kiya jata hai jisse woh sabhi prakar ke codes ko operate kar sakte hai.
Low-end Universal Remotes kuch hi Devices ko control kar sakta hai jhoki uski manufacturer ke dwara nirdharit (determine) kiya gaya ho. Jabki High-end Universal Remotes mein user apni hisab se New Control Codes ko Add kar sakta hai.
